Built an independently owned watch repair business from the ground up with over $250K in equipment and parts.
Provided complete watch repair/overhaul, including balance staff repair, timing control, watch cleaning and maintenance, and case polishing with a specialty in Rolex, Tudor, ETA models, Omega, Oris, Seiko and Citizen models for various clients from independent buyers and collectors, to organization members, including the NAWCC and the AWCI.
Watch Repair Technician

Repaired and inspected 40 watches per month worth up to $150K, ordered parts, conducted water Resistant Test , and reduced watch returns from 500 per year to 100 for a jewelry store on a team of six.
Oversaw all aspects of watch repairs across 38 makes and models, which included disassembling, inspecting, washing and re-oiling ,over a 100 components, repairing hairsprings, inspecting timing, and finally reassembling.
Conducted maintenance and sizing for bracelets, disassembled and polished cases, replaced crystals and crowns, inspected quartz watches, repaired luminous hands, and regulated timing in dysfunctional watches.

Trained in Rolex procedures and workflows, managed assembly and timing staff, repaired high-caliber watch products worth up to $250K, and oversaw the timing process for different Rolex movements.
Created and implemented a new system for dynamic poising using a mathematical diagram, which reduced errors and increased production speed by 20 minutes.
Managed 11 assembly staff, assigned tasks, reviewed work, and implemented corrective actions for errors when necessary.
